1.) Scope and Seller Information
Our Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between you as the customer and us, EKER Daunen Manufaktur AG, for all purchases you make through our online store www.shop.eker-daunen.ch . Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order shall apply. You can find further information about us in the Legal Notice.
2.) Conclusion of Contract
The products and prices displayed on our website are non-binding offers. Your order constitutes an offer to us, which we accept by shipping the goods. An order confirmation via email is merely an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of the order. In exceptional cases where a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to refuse the order. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded.
3.) Prices and Payment Terms – All Common Payment Methods
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge. We accept the standard payment methods (invoice, prepayment, Postfinance, credit cards, etc.) listed during the ordering process. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and late payment interest.

Purchase on account with installment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the “Purchase on account” payment method. With the single invoice, you can easily
settle your online purchase via invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice the following month with
order summary.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice receivable and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing on
invoice, you accept POWERPAY’s Terms and Conditions in addition to ours. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

4.) Declaration of Consent for Credit and Risk Assessment
To determine whether an order on account is possible, an address and creditworthiness check will be conducted. The personal information relevant to order and payment processing may be transmitted to the collection agency Intrum and to partner companies for this purpose. Further information on this can be found in our Privacy Policy.
5.) Delivery and Shipping Costs – Switzerland and Liechtenstein
We deliver our high-quality bedding within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is free of charge and handled with care via our Swiss partner Planzer Paket from our own factory in Rickenbach near Wil.
6.) Delivery Times – Fast Delivery Thanks to In-House Production
We keep standard products in stock and typically ship them the same day. If that is not the case, as a manufacturing company (factory in Rickenbach near Wil), we are able to deliver your order promptly. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during the Christmas season, during our summer holidays, between Christmas and New Year’s, and in the weeks before and after “Black Friday.” You can also pick up your order on-site by appointment.
7.) Shipping Damage – Just in Case

8.) Retention of Title
The delivered products remain the property of EKER Daunen Manufaktur until full payment has been received.
9.) Price Guarantee – the best factory prices
If you can officially purchase the identical product with the same specifications at a lower price in another comparable store in your region, EKER Daunen Manufaktur will refund the price difference to you up to five days after your purchase.
10.) Returns and Exchanges – Please contact us before returning any items
Bedding and linens are hygiene products. Therefore, exchanges or returns are not possible without a valid reason (product defect, damage). If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returns without prior contact, and such items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Returns approved by us must be in their original packaging, wrinkle-free, undamaged, and clean. After inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within three days, excluding any shipping costs incurred, to the account you provided.
11.) Warranty Period – Two Years from Date of Shipment
All our products are covered by a two-year warranty period starting from the date of shipment. During this period, we will repair any product defects covered by the warranty free of charge. Normal wear and tear as well as improper handling are excluded from the warranty.
12.) Warranty Claim – Please Contact Us
Our products are carefully inspected before shipping. If a product develops a defect during the warranty period, please contact us at kontakt@eker-daunen.ch or by phone at 071 755 60 60. After inspecting the defect, we will decide whether to repair or replace the product.
13.) Disclaimer
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. EKER Daunen Manufaktur assumes no liability for consequential damages, allergic reactions, or other indirect damages. Furthermore, we are not liable for packages that are considered delivered according to our partner. We are happy to assist you at any time for further information.
14.) Applicable Law
The contractual relationships between EKER Daunen Manufaktur and our customers are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The application of international treaties, in particular the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), is excluded.
15.) Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Rickenbach b. Wil TG, Switzerland.
16.) Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provision. We are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
