7.Data processing for order processing
To process your order, we work with the following service providers, who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company responsible for delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment details to the commissioned credit institution within the scope of payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will inform you of this explicitly below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

1 Use of PayPal
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or, if offered, "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we will pass on your payment details to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). The transfer is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or, if offered, "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in relation to the statistical probability of default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit check may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit assessment, these are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, is included in the calculation of the score values. You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal . However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual processing of payments.

7.2 Use of Stripe
If you choose a payment method from the payment service provider Stripe, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process together with the information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number, invoice amount, currency, and transaction number). Your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. 3 Use of PostFinance
If you have chosen the credit card (Postfinance) payment method, payment will be processed by the payment service provider PostFinance AG, Mingerstrasse 20, 3030 Bern, Switzerland, to whom we will forward the information you provided during the ordering process along with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number, invoice amount, currency, and transaction number). Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider PostFinance AG. Further information on PostFinance's data protection can be found here.

7.4 Use of Saferpay

If you have chosen Saferpay as your payment method, payment will be processed by the payment service provider SIX Payment Services AG, Hardturmstrasse 201, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order (name, email address, Address, account number, bank code, credit card number (if applicable), invoice amount, currency, and transaction number). Your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider SIX Payment Services AG. 7.5 Use of Payrexx
If, during the ordering process, the data subject chooses to pay using the online payment service provider Payrexx (e.g., when paying by credit card, etc.), contact, order, and transaction data will be transmitted to Payrexx and its card issuer as part of the order thus triggered. 7.6 Use of Twint

8. Web analytics services

AWStats

We use the AWStats program to analyze our website statistically. The program is free web analysis software. It is used to evaluate log files that web servers create based on visitor requests. The program does not use cookie files for evaluation. The statistical analysis is carried out using log files, which also contain IP addresses. This data cannot usually be traced back to specific individuals. This data is not combined with other data sources; furthermore, the data is deleted after statistical analysis. Unlike other statistics programs, AWStats does not transfer any data to a third-party server. The program is installed on our own server. This also prevents data from being transferred abroad, as our servers are located in Switzerland (CH).

• Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for as long as the accuracy of your data is being verified if you refuse to have your data deleted due to unlawful data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data if you require your data to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims after we no longer need this data for the purpose for which it was collected, or if you have lodged an objection on grounds relating to your particular situation, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate grounds prevail;

• Right to notification pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR: If you have asserted your right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of this rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, unless you object to this or if the processing of the personal data is intended for the purpose of legal defense, or if the recipient is not known to the controller.unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

• Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller, where technically feasible.

• Right to withdraw consent pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time with future effect. In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned immediately, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation;

• Right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
  
  

10. Right to object

If, in the context of a balancing of interests, we process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing at any time with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation. If you exercise your right to object, we will cease processing the data concerned. However, further processing remains reserved if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to object as described above. If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned for direct marketing purposes.
